Stipend: 17k-22k per month
Educational qualification: B.com or BBA graduates (Freshers)
JD and KRA for the candidates:
1. Support sales team in recruiting advisors
2. Assist in scheduling business opportunity presentation for prospective advisors
3. Assist the team in reference collection

Skills:
Strong understanding of financial principles, lending products, and investment.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and revenue targets.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service focus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
