Job Description

A Finance Sales Officer is responsible for selling financial products and services, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets, while also staying informed about market trends and regulatory requirements. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying and approaching potential clients to offer financial products and services. 
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business. 
  • Product Knowledge: Possessing a thorough understanding of financial products and services, including their features, benefits, and terms. 
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Presenting products and services to clients, explaining their value, and negotiating deals to achieve sales targets. 
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the organization. 

Technical & Soft Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

  • Ability to analyze financial needs and offer appropriate solutions.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
