- Financial Planning and Retirement Planning skills
- Finance and Investments skills
- Experience in Financial Advisory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- A recognized certification in financial advising such as CFP, CFA, or ChFC is a plus
