Job Description
Dear Candidate,
We have Opening for Financial Advisor role.
Age Limit : 18-60
NOTE : Any Graduates can Apply For this Role (Min 10th Pass).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Consultation & Financial Planning
-
Meet with clients (individuals or businesses) to understand their current financial status, goals, and risk tolerance.

Conduct comprehensive financial assessments including income, expenses, savings, investments, debt, insurance, and tax status.

Develop customized financial plans to meet short-term and long-term goals (e.g., retirement, education, wealth growth).
2. Investment Advisory & Portfolio Management
-
Recommend suitable investment products (mutual funds, SIPs, stocks, bonds, etc.) aligned with client goals and risk profile.

Monitor and manage client portfolios, suggesting rebalancing or changes as needed.

Keep clients informed on market trends, economic updates, and investment performance.
3. Insurance & Tax Planning
-
Advise clients on life, health, and general insurance policies as per their coverage needs.

Provide guidance on tax-saving instruments under applicable laws (e.g., Sections 80C, 10(10D), etc.).

Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory frameworks.
4. Sales & Business Development
-
Identify prospective clients through networking, referrals, or leads.
-
Promote financial products and services offered by the firm or its partners.

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
5. Relationship Management
-
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through trust and reliable service.

Conduct regular follow-ups and financial reviews with clients.

Address client queries, concerns, or changes in financial goals efficiently.
6. Reporting & Compliance
-
Maintain accurate and confidential client records, financial plans, and investment documentation.

Adhere to all compliance guidelines and ethical standards laid out by SEBI, AMFI, IRDAI, or other relevant authorities.

Prepare reports and updates for internal use and client presentations.
