Job Description
We are seeking experienced and motivated Collection Executives to join our Recovery team. The ideal candidates will have 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in collections and recovery, with excellent communication skills in Hindi, Haryanvi, and Gujarati. You will be responsible for following up with defaulters, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely recovery of dues.
Key Responsibilities:-
Conduct regular follow-ups with delinquent customers via phone calls and field visits.

Negotiate and finalize repayment schedules in line with company policies.

Maintain detailed records of communication and payment agreements.

Meet monthly collection targets and report progress to the Recovery Manager.

Handle customer objections tactfully and professionally.

Escalate complex or non-responsive cases as per escalation matrix.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements in recovery processes.

Experience: 1 to 3 years in collections, recovery, or a similar role.

Languages: Fluency in Hindi, Haryanvi, and Gujarati is mandatory.

Education: Minimum 10+2; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Skills:

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.)

Familiarity with local geography and customer behavior in North India is an advantage.

Others: Willingness to travel locally for field collections (if required).
