We are seeking self-motivated and dynamic individuals to join our organization as Financial Advisor in the Life Insurance division. The Financial Advisor will be responsible for selling life insurance policies by leveraging their natural market and building a strong customer network. This is a performance-driven role, where earnings are directly tied to sales through commissions, awards, and company-provided incentives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Prospecting through Natural Market

Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers by tapping into personal and professional connections.

Leverage existing relationships, referrals, and community networks to generate high-quality leads.

Actively engage in networking events, local groups, and business communities to expand reach and visibility.
2. Selling Life Insurance Products

Present a range of life insurance products tailored to meet individual customer needs, such as term life, whole life, endowment plans, and retirement solutions.

Educate potential customers about the benefits, coverage, and premium structures of various policies.

Conduct needs-based analysis to recommend the most appropriate insurance solutions.
3. Customer Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with clients based on trust, transparency, and ongoing service.

Stay in touch with customers regularly to address questions, update policies, and identify additional needs.

Offer post-sales support and help customers with policy renewals, claims, and policy servicing.
4. Achieve Sales Targets

Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets as defined by the company.

Work independently to generate new business, track conversions, and close sales.

Follow up diligently with potential customers to convert inquiries into policies.
5. Reporting and Documentation

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, proposals, and policy sales.

Submit all required documents for policy issuance and ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

Provide timely reports to team leaders or branch managers on sales performance.
6. Compliance and Ethics

Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and ethical practices in selling financial products.

Ensure full disclosure of policy terms, benefits, and conditions to customers before the sale.

Maintain confidentiality of client data and act in the best interest of the customer at all times.
