Duties
Platform Solutions build cloud-based, developer-centric financial products and solutions to best serve our end clients and customers. We have 3 sub-groups within Platform Solutions noted below:
Enterprise Partnerships
An API-first platform that enables companies to offer our award-winning consumer financial products directly within their ecosystems in order to enhance their customer loyalty, diversify their revenues and, most importantly, help their customers better manage their financial lives.
Transaction Banking (TxB)
A modern, cloud-based and API-first cash management and payments platform helping clients build a treasury system of the future while also powering software ecosystems so that they can enhance their client offering.
ETF Accelerator
A digital platform that enables clients to quickly and efficiently launch, list and manage their exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to provide assistant coverage for 2-4 Managing Directors and support their broader teams. This shall include general administrative support, such as calendar management, co-ordinating travel arrangements, timely Invoice submissions, visitor management, as well as various ad hoc projects and assignments as needed. The role requires highest degree of integrity, professionalism and discretion with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide administrative assistant coverage to 2-4 Managing Directors and support their broader teams across Bengaluru and Hyderabad
· Provides administrative support in-office 5 days/week.
· Provides back up coverage to other assistants when necessary
· Occasionally may be asked to provide extended hours coverage which includes calendar coverage and checking email periodically.
· Schedule senior-level internal / external meetings, conference calls and take care of related logistics. Coordinate with stakeholders across all levels and across multiple time zones
· Booking international travel for Managing Directors and processing expenses
· Provide assistant support to senior visitors for the division and take care of associated logistics
· Acting as the main point of contact for administrative queries for the region
· Provide Team Support like maintain seating plan, distribution lists, leave tracker, coordinating team events and various other general administrative duties
· Coordinating the onboarding and provisioning of new hires and consultants
· Maintaining a strong understanding of firm policies to allow handling of certain issues independently
· Additional assignments as per business requirements
