Job Description
Responsibilities:
- The role is to join a new consulting team based in India and associated with a London based corporate finance house.
- Job responsibilities include analyses and understanding of financial statements and business, capital industry and market research support for the preparation of client reports, and the organisation’s overall business planning and development activities.
- The role will also involve some financial modelling and the presentation of financial information.
- Work experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in financial analysis / valuations or audit
Skills and education:
- Relevant professional qualification, e.g. CA, Actuarial etc.
- Financial analysis and modelling
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- MBA (Finance) with deep understanding of corporate finance and accounting
