Job Description:

The role involves assisting the wider team in evaluating potential real estate investment opportunities in Nordic countries, with a general focus across all major real estate sectors (office, residential, retail, and industrial), developing real estate investment analysis and financial information in the form of memos/ financial models and assisting in asset management activities.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial models in MS Excel to analyze real estate investment opportunities
Conduct research on the property sector and contribute towards qualitative and quantitative analysis of broader work streams
Assist asset/portfolio managers in the monitoring and management of existing investments
Assist in quantitative analysis of asset business plans
Assist in research activities and related data structuring

Skills and Experience:

1 - 4 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate / corporate finance/ capital markets with professional qualifications such as an MBA with specialization in Finance. Candidates currently undergoing/chartered CA/CFA will be preferable.
Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills with experience in compiling data and financial information using MS Excel models
Effective communication skills (oral, written); demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
Flexibility, adaptability, and initiative with a forward-thinking approach and a motivated self-starter
Should display a high degree of professionalism, with the ability to manage internal and external relationships
Team player who enjoys a high-performance culture; open to and comfortable with constantly evolving and changing priorities and new challenges
