Job Type: Entry Level Job
The ideal candidate will be responsible for using their analytical mindset to analyze and interpret financial data on the basis of the training & methodologies defined by the company, then build financial models & prepare reports.
Job Description/ Work Profile:
- Performing valuation analysis on a wide range of properties using Company defined approaches and theories
- Independently gathering & researching data on the basis of training & methodologies defined by the company
- Evaluation of various assets including Residential, Commercial and Industrial properties/ assets etc.
- Building complex financial models in excel and preparing reports
- Presenting the results of the analysis in a final report in a clear and concise manner
Desired Candidate Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent experience
- Semi-CA dropouts / Commerce fresher Graduates / Engineers preferred
- 6 months - 1 year of relevant experience in financial analysis, excel report making and or valuation
- Should have the ability to provide logical reasoning, math proficient, research oriented & statistically inclined with attention to detail
- Basic to Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Candidate will be working on Real Estate valuation for US based clients
- Flexible work schedules provided
- Candidate should be willing to work in different shifts
- Candidate will be on probation for a minimum period of 6 months
- Hardware/Training - Training will be provided. However, candidate should have access to high-speed internet and should own PC/Laptop
- Candidate location preferred: Central Mumbai (Dadar - Thane - Dombivali)
Note that this is an entry level job. We're looking for candidates with minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in specified field above.
