We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team based in Mumbai. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong grasp of financial principles, data analysis, and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:-
Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed reports to support strategic decision-making

Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning

Monitor financial performance by tracking key metrics and identifying variances

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes in collaboration with the accounting team

Analyze current and past trends in KPIs including revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures

Provide financial insights and recommendations to business units and senior leadership

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial alignment with business goals

Assist in preparing presentations for internal and external stakeholders (investors, board, etc.)

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CA preferred)

2–5 years of experience in a financial analysis, FP&A, or similar role

Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial software like SAP, Oracle, or Tally ERP preferred

Working knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is an added advantage

Strong analytical and communication skills

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Exposure to Mumbai-based industries like BFSI, retail, or fintech
-
Familiarity with Indian accounting standards and tax regulations
-
Experience in working with cross-functional teams across different time zones
