Job Description

Assess loan worthiness and review financial statements.
Configure financial data and documents in the ERP system.
Maintain a database by entering, verifying and backing up data and documents in the ERP system.
Perform verifications as per the process to determine authenticity of data.
Generate final agreements for execution.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Freshers to 5 years.

The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, financial acumen, and a solid understanding of accounting principles and data analysis. They will collaborate closely with senior finance leaders and cross-functional teams to provide insights that improve efficiency, profitability, and overall strategic direction.

Skills and Competencies:

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, macros).
Experience with financial software/tools like SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Tally.
Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
Working knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS).

Analytical Skills

Strong quantitative and analytical thinking skills.
Ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability.

Communication Skills

Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to present financial information to non-finance audiences.
