Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing service, support, and regular communication.

Claims Assistance: Help clients with the claims process, from understanding the policy to ensuring they receive the maximum coverage they are entitled to.

Policy Management & Renewals: Manage policy updates, process changes, and handle renewals to ensure clients' coverage remains relevant and adequate.

Market & Product Knowledge: Stay informed about new insurance products, services, industry trends, and competitive rates to offer the best options.

Lead Generation & Marketing: Develop strategies and network to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base.
