As a Financial Consultant, you will be responsible for assessing client needs, recommending suitable insurance plans, and achieving sales targets while building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Financial & Insurance Consultation:

Assess clients' financial goals, risks, and protection needs.
Provide expert advice on life insurance, health insurance, investment-linked policies, and retirement plans.
Tailor insurance solutions based on customer needs.

✅ Sales & Business Development:

Identify and reach out to potential customers through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
Present and explain insurance policies and investment options to clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks.

✅ Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Conduct regular follow-ups to review and update clients’ financial plans.
Provide excellent post-sales support, including claims assistance and policy renewals.

✅ Market Research & Industry Updates:

Stay updated on new insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
Attend training sessions and certifications to enhance knowledge and skills.

✅ Reporting & Compliance:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
