Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Financial Consultant to provide expert advice and financial solutions to individuals or businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing clients' financial situations, providing strategic recommendations, and helping them achieve their financial goals through effective planning, risk management, and investment options.
The role requires strong financial knowledge, interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze market trends and regulatory changes to provide practical and compliant financial advice.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Consultation & Needs Assessment

Meet with clients to understand their financial goals, current situation, income, assets, and liabilities.

Conduct thorough financial needs assessments and risk tolerance evaluations.

Recommend customized financial plans, investment strategies, or insurance solutions based on client objectives.
2. Financial Planning & Strategy
-
Create long-term and short-term financial strategies including savings plans, retirement planning, tax strategies, and wealth creation.

Advise on budgeting, debt management, estate planning, and risk mitigation.

Monitor client portfolios and adjust plans in response to changes in financial status or market conditions.
3. Investment & Insurance Advisory

Offer recommendations for appropriate investment products such as mutual funds, stocks, bonds, real estate, or SIPs.

Provide advice on life, health, and general insurance options as part of a complete financial plan.

Stay informed about market movements, economic trends, and new product offerings.
4. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all client dealings comply with SEBI, RBI, IRDAI, and other relevant regulatory bodies.

Assist clients with proper documentation for investments, insurance policies, loans, etc.

Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of all client financial data and records.
5. Relationship Management & Business Development

Build long-term relationships with clients through trust, regular follow-ups, and performance reviews.

Seek referrals and network to acquire new clients and expand the customer base.

Collaborate with internal departments like operations, legal, and customer support to ensure smooth execution.
