Financial Restructuring
Resolution/Restructuring of Large Corporate Account.
Stressed Assets-Formulating & implementing various strategies to maximize recovery
•Handle recovery from Non-Performing Accounts of Corporate Segment, including other stressed accounts, as may be assigned.
•Coordinate with related business teams and develop and implement account specific recovery strategy for corporate NPAs.
•Initiate and monitor the process of litigation, in tune with strategies developed.
•Support and maintain close association with business for specific stressed accounts with chances of restructuring or strategic exit or dealing.
•Attend DRT/HC and other important legal matters with Bank appointed advocates to have firsthand information of the ongoing process and thereby expedite resolution. Maintain relations with Advocates, DRT and other related departments, including other Banks in consortium or other lenders.
•Maintain an up-to-date legal database, so as to ease monitoring of cases at CO.
•Assist in developing a forecast for recovery and to ensure achievement of respective targets/KRA.
•Attend Committee of Creditors/Consortium/Lenders meeting, if needed, jointly with business or individually.
•Access and categorize accounts as Non-Cooperative Borrowers/Red Flag Accounts/Willful defaulters and handle related approval / reporting process.
Educational QualificationCA/MBA
Technical Knowledge•Should have experience in handling corporate loan accounts
•Must have comprehensive credit knowledge, &
•Should be conversant with respect to Non-Performing Assets (NPA)/Restructuring and other aspects of recoveries from stressed assets, etc.
Work Experience (in Yrs)Minimum 5 €“ 8 Years Of Experience.
