Job Description
Finishing Engineer
Qualification: B.E, B.tech (Civil)
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in monitoring tile/ counter finishes, floor finishing, wall finishing, structural glazing, wall claddings, etc.
Roles & Responsibility:
To ensure contractors execute in time with desired quality.
Responsible for all finishing activities such as blockwork & plastering, false ceiling, gypsum walls and painting, tiling/counter, and marble works.
To check the quality of all the materials received on-site and prepare quality reports, defects if any.
To Ensure Quality and Quantity inspection and billing of all vendors/contractors.
To ensure handover to clients with appropriate finish and timelines with complete satisfaction.
An eye and passion for the perfect finish.
Disciplined to get work from all associated vendors/ contractors/ team members
Planning, coordination, reporting ability.
Ability to delegate and extract work from contractors, labor, and share reporting.
