Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Fire Officer to ensure the safety and security of a commercial property and oversee a team of 45 employees. The Fire Officer will be responsible for fire prevention, emergency preparedness, and compliance with safety regulations while reporting directly to the Site Property Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Fire Safety Management & Compliance

Ensure the building meets fire safety regulations and standards.

Conduct regular fire safety inspections and risk assessments.

Maintain fire alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers, and emergency exit routes.

Develop and implement fire safety policies and procedures.
Emergency Preparedness & Response

Train employees on fire safety protocols and evacuation procedures.

Conduct fire drills and emergency response exercises.

Lead firefighting and rescue operations in case of an emergency.

Coordinate with local fire departments and emergency services when required.
Supervision & Team Management

Supervise a team of 45 employees and ensure adherence to safety policies.

Assign and monitor fire safety duties among team members.

Provide regular training on fire safety and emergency response.
Reporting & Coordination

Maintain records of fire incidents, inspections, and safety drills.

Report any fire hazards or violations to the Site Property Manager.

Work closely with maintenance, security, and property management teams.
