Job Description
- Following are the skills expected for the job
- Good communications skills in English (written / spoken) and Hindi (spoken). Any other vernacular languages known would be an added benefit.
- Should be passionate about music. If he/she is musician then that would be added advantage.
- Should be talkative and preferably an extrovert personality.
- Must like a desk job, working with emails, Google sheets, Microsoft excel.
- Ideal preferred age group would be between 21-25 (if below 21 then students doing full time college are least preferred)
- Should have an eye for detail, must be quick in observing changes & must possess a passionate attitude towards learning new things.
- Work & responsibilities They will have to enter the data from email in a Google sheet in a specified format. These data will consist of calling information. They will responsible for daily up keeping of this sheet.
- They will have to make about 60 calls in a day to inquires generated through our online platforms & classify them in given categories. They will also be responsible for receiving inbound calls made to institute.
- Their key motive of calling will be to invite the student to campus with prior appointment with specialised advisor or arrange a call back.
- Giving campus tours will be part of this role.
- Work Timings and related information
- They will work in 2 shifts (10.00 am - 6.00 pm / 12.00 am - 8.00 pm).
- They will follow a 6 day week (we can look into a possibility of 5 day week gradually depending on situation).
- Working on weekend will part of their 6 day week. For the weekend they work they will be eligible for comp off.
- They might have to extend their work hours depending on the business need and their shift timings can also change based on evolving business situation.
