Job Description

Requirements:
- Diploma, graduate or post graduate
- College degree in business, sales & marketing, or related field preferred
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Excellent customer services skills, outgoing, motivational and friendly
- Ability to deal with pressure in meeting sales quota
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with members
- Ability to resolve conflicts in a professional, tactful manner
- Work cooperatively with other staff and members
- Ability to multi-task and learn quickly
- Ability to operate a computer and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word
Profile:
- Achieving daily and monthly sales targets as an individual and part of a team.
- Working through the cycle of selling from proactively attracting and prospecting new members to inspiring them to join.
- Managing your own sales database to successfully reach your commission goals.
- Developing relationships with new and existing members and encouraging them to return to the club through excellent customer service.
- Reach and surpass monthly sales projections.
- Perform all basic transactions including billing change, freeze, club to club transfer, member to member transfer.
- Attend sales and training meetings as necessary.
- Handle member complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Engage in opportunities that positively impact the member experience.
- Celebrating success.
