We can look at candidates from BPO or customer support background and interest to work in night shift.
Key Responsibilities are:
• Develop and maintain a thorough level of product knowledge
• Strengthen customer relationships through the delivery of consistently excellent service
• Identify customer needs and help provide the correct solutions
• Ensure following up an order guidelines, order checkpoints, processing of customer orders, and credit claims
