Fleet Executive
What You Will Do
Serving bikes to customers (Pick-up)
Receiving bikes from customers (Drop-off)
Maintaining the quality of bikes by taking the vehicle to a service center or local mechanic
Attend vehicle breakdowns, reach out to customers in crisis and help them
Maintain a log of all bookings served
Maintain a log of all bikes, their odometer readings, documents
Attend customer inquiry calls for your location
What do you need to have
Passion to serve customers
Love riding bikes (definitely Driving License)
Ability to learn quickly
Ability to coordinate with the team and get work done
Commitment to complete assigned work on a daily basis
