Fleet Maintenance Manager
Job Title: Fleet Maintenance Engineer / Fleet Maintenance Manager Location:
Raigarh
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience Required: 3–5 Years
Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical )
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle overall fleet maintenance activities for company vehicles and machinery
- Strong knowledge of breakdown maintenance and quick troubleshooting
- Ensure timely preventive maintenance and servicing schedules
- Diagnose vehicle/mechanical issues and coordinate repairs
- Monitor spare parts inventory and maintenance records
- Coordinate with drivers, operators, and workshop staff
- Reduce vehicle downtime and improve operational efficiency
- Ensure safety standards during maintenance activities
- Prepare maintenance reports and daily work updates
Required Skills:
- Breakdown maintenance
- Preventive maintenance
- Vehicle diagnostics
- Spare parts management
- Workshop coordination
- Team handling
- Record keeping & reporting
- Basic MS Excel/Documentation
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in handling commercial vehicles, heavy vehicles, or industrial fleet

- Able to work under pressure during emergency breakdown situations
