Job Description

The Shipping Corporation Of India Ltd. has requirement of fleet officers with engineering background to assist the technical superintendents on various technical and administrative functions.

Qualification:

a. Engineer Officers should possess Class IV Certificate of Competency (FG) and should have completed at least 12 months sea time.

b. Should be regular SCI officers on SCI roster

Vacancies: 15 Nos.

Age:

a)The age of the absorbed officer shall not exceed 35 years as on 31.12.2018

b) Age limit is relaxable by 3 years for OBC officers and 5 years for SC/ST Officers

Pay Scale: Applications are invited from SCI Regular Officers onboard our owned & managed vessels for absorption ashore as Assistant Managers in the grade of E2 in the scale of Rs. 50,000 —1,60,000.
