Fleet Personal Executive

Responsible for carrying out all pre-joining formalities for crew joining and signing off vessels.
Communicate with joining crew regarding details for joining vessel, reporting date for pre-joining formalities etc.
Arranging for pre-joining medicals & issue of safety gear to joining crew.
Ensuring that all relevant pre joining documents are handed over to joining personnel in time.
Coordinating with travel team for travel details of crew joining and signing off.
Ensuring that joining crew are informed of port of joining, agents details at joining port and travel documents are handed over including visas, tickets etc.
Ensuring that all documents of joining officers and crew are checked, authenticated and uploaded in the software system.
Completing departure checklist for joining officers and crew & updating company software.
Maintain vessels schedules of port of call for crew changes.
Assist superior for all crew document related matters where applicable.
Ensure cost effectiveness in all crew changes, ticketing and hotel.
