Job Description
Fleet Personal Executive
- Responsible for carrying out all pre-joining formalities for crew joining and signing off vessels.
- Communicate with joining crew regarding details for joining vessel, reporting date for pre-joining formalities etc.
- Arranging for pre-joining medicals & issue of safety gear to joining crew.
- Ensuring that all relevant pre joining documents are handed over to joining personnel in time.
- Coordinating with travel team for travel details of crew joining and signing off.
- Ensuring that joining crew are informed of port of joining, agents details at joining port and travel documents are handed over including visas, tickets etc.
- Ensuring that all documents of joining officers and crew are checked, authenticated and uploaded in the software system.
- Completing departure checklist for joining officers and crew & updating company software.
- Maintain vessels schedules of port of call for crew changes.
- Assist superior for all crew document related matters where applicable.
- Ensure cost effectiveness in all crew changes, ticketing and hotel.
