Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities /Duties to be Performed:-
1. Responsible for successful implementation of identified fleet advisory solutions in the assigned fleets
2. To ensure correct fitment of product (application based).
3. Will meet the Fleets & influencers (Retreader, fitters, Casing Dealers, Mechanics etc..) every day as per FSS SOP & perform the following activities as per specified norms:
Scrap inspection
Scrap analysis & Sharing with Fleet
Vehicle Monitoring
Product Performance Tracking (CEAT as well as Non CEAT) for 100% tyres
Tyre tracking and tire maintenance
Capture product performance data on CEAT provided APP
Develop and implement Customer Specific Action Plans including but not limited to
the elements below by closely working with RSM and ZSM
-Driver Training
-Mechanic training
-Tyre tracking and end to end tire maintenance
-Equipment training
-Inventory management
4. To identify right ecosystem partners (Retreader/Casing Dealer/ Tyre Fitter/ Mechanics etc..) to deliver the advisory solution effectively
5. To regularly monitor, track and report performance of fleet advisory solutions
6. To collect Testimonials from Fleet.
7. To ensure resolution of complaints & claims raised by the Fleets as per promised SLA
