Job Description
Floor Manager
• Manage the team of 18-20 members
• Manage day to day Activities for the Teams
• Communicate with staff & solve their queries.
• Support, motivate staff member to achieve individual and team target
• Set up sales plan in order to archive sales target required by the company. Detailing sales action plan to ensure that the target will be achieved on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Work closely with other job functions in the company to improve overall services level
• Analyzing sales statistics and determining sales potential & inventory requirements.
• Giving client’s advice and guidance on appropriate pay rates, training if require.
• Manage day to day Activities for the Teams
• Take Pre Shift / In Shift / Post Shift
Salary: Best In the Industry/10-30% Hike on last CTC.
