Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Flutter Developer to join our mobile development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless and user-friendly mobile experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Dart and Flutter, a good understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, and experience building apps that work efficiently across Android and iOS platforms.
This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting products from concept to deployment, influence mobile app architecture, and contribute to the evolution of our technology stack.
Key Responsibilities:
1. App Development

Design and develop advanced applications using the Flutter framework and Dart programming language.

Build cross-platform mobile applications for both Android and iOS using a single codebase.

Implement new features, enhancements, and user interfaces as per design specifications.

Maintain and improve existing mobile applications by fixing bugs and optimizing performance.
2. Integration and APIs

Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, Firebase, and other third-party services.

Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless data exchange and synchronization.

Handle authentication, authorization, and data security within the app.

Ensure smooth integration of SDKs such as Google Maps, push notifications, and analytics tools.
3. UI/UX Implementation

Translate UI/UX designs into functional and visually appealing interfaces using Flutter widgets.

Ensure pixel-perfect design alignment across multiple screen sizes and device types.

Work closely with designers to understand user flows and optimize the user experience.
4. Testing and Debugging

Conduct unit testing, widget testing, and integration testing to ensure code reliability.

Use debugging tools and emulators to test performance across different devices.

Identify and resolve technical issues and bottlenecks in the mobile app lifecycle.
5. Code Quality and Collaboration

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

Work in version-controlled environments using Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket.

Stay up to date with the latest mobile development trends and Flutter updates.
