Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop a fully functional hybrid app and features like chat, location based job tracking, employee portal, etc.
2. Design and build scalable apps with Flutter SDK and Dart programming language
3. Deliver across the entire development life cycle, using agile methodology: build, deploy, test, release to app stores and beyond
4. Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements with little or no supervision
5. Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
6. Create, implement, and document the source code for mobile/web applications
7. Write high-quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines
8. Perform unit and integration, Beta and A/B testing before launch
9. Conduct functional and non-functional testing
10. Develop fully functional features like chat, location-based job tracking, employee portal, etc.
11. Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code
12. Building the mobile and web application using Agile development life-cycle
13. Improve code quality through writing unit tests, automation and performing code reviews
14. Optimize for multi-device mobile functionality (Android & iOS)
15. Contribute ideas for making the application better and easier to use
16. Brainstorm assigned project and suggest new features and/or enhancements
