Job Description
- To launch health and wellness imported products in India Need to coordinate and lead a team to cover India territory.
- 1+ years of relevant work experience in FMCG or F&B domain.
- Prior experience in the on-demand/Delivery startups would be preferred.
- Proven track record in sales with quality relationship building skills.
- Prior team management and sales management experience is a must.
- Analytics and Strategy - Should have strategic mindset along with good analytical skills.
- Sophistication in communication with ability to comprehend the priorities of customers.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours.
- Taking care of entire P&L.
- Maintaining daily MIS Reports.
- Will be responsible for client management and should have excellent communication skills.
- Responsible for identifying trends looking at Qualitative and Quantitative Data.
- Building road map and strategies for the growth in for Shubhabhilasha Group.
- Taking important decisiosn which will directly effect growth of SA Group.
- Manpower planning.
- Coordinating with various teams Monitoring work, and managing team's performance.
- Most importantly, a cherishing role of working on Product & Operations.
- Should have sound knowledge of marketing and distribution of products including on line sales
