She plays a key role in enhancing the dining experience by managing reservations, coordinating with service staff, and ensuring guest satisfaction.Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their seats. Provide menus and introduce the restaurant’s specialties or promotions. Ensure guests feel comfortable and attended to while waiting. Address guest inquiries and handle any immediate concerns professionally. Ensure guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
