Job Description
Food Corporation of India (FCI) invites application for the position Advisor
Number of vacancies: 01
Duration of appointment: For a period of 01 year, extendable by another year.
Remuneration: Consolidated amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- per month.
Role Objectives:
i. Provide technology thought leadership, vision and strategic direction in collaboration with key stakeholders of all the projects.
ii. Ensure development and implementation IT Architecture strategies to accommodate current and future needs of the project.
iii. Responsible for planning and setting up of the IT infrastructure and development resources for successful execution of the complete project.
iv. Define the Enterprise Archtecture and high – level roadmap for the project with well – defined milestones
v. Ensure that Business needs of FCI are effectively met through proper deployment of IT systems and applications which increases the productivity and bring in transparency of various services.
Educational Qualification: Must have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Applications.
Experience:
i. Minimum 15 years experience in the IT sector with experience across architecture, transformation, strategy and program management.
ii. Should have Certification or at least working knowledge and experience on either of TOGAF, Zachman or IndEA architecture frameworks.
iii. Should have led definition, implementation and evaluation of Technical Architecture of large complex applications.
iv. Should have led proposal / bid evaluation and vendor assessment.
Age Limit: Upper age limit for making application is 64 years on closing date (last date of application)
