Job Description

1.Responsible for food items packaging, to check tags and add-ons to ensure delivery of expected items as per customer order.
2.Follow the Opening & Closing checklist and ensure all necessary items are available.3.Keep a record of the utility readings (Electricity/Diesel/Gas) and track them on a regular basis.
4.Manage and control Packaging Wastage in case of order cancellations.
5.Conduct daily inventory check for all necessary items such as Veg/ Non-veg stickers, packaging materials, gas cylinders etc.
6.Follow the processes for goods received Note (GRN)/Transfer Orders (TO) for movement of stock and maintain the records.
7.Conduct daily shelf-life check for items like desserts and beverages for FIFO (First in First out to ensure minimum wastage.
8.In case of stock-outs, reach out to the CC teams through DEs for updating and replacement of items to ensure minimisation of dispatch related errors.
