Food Safety Officer
Experience : 1 - 3 Years
Location : Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Implement and coordinate food safety programs to reduce or eliminate illness and infections and ensure applicable compliance requirements.
- 1-2+ years of experience.
- Drive and executes food safety and health strategic plan and initiative programs.
- Maintains a progressive and effective food safety management system across the Vendors.
- Formulate various food safety training programs such as sanitation, storage, rinsing of food & cross contamination and food Handling to create food safety culture and awareness.
- Establishes Hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP), legal compliance
- Identify and report unusual incidence and critical situation across all factory.
- Training Food court staff/Cooks/Supervisors/Nextup Staff.
