Key Responsibilities:

Product Development & Innovation

Research and develop new food products and recipes.
Improve existing food products for taste, texture, and shelf life.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Quality Control & Safety Compliance

Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
Monitor production processes to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, and other food safety regulations.

Testing & Analysis

Perform laboratory tests to check nutritional values, contaminants, and shelf stability.
Analyze consumer feedback and market trends to enhance product quality.
Investigate food safety issues and implement corrective measures.
