Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with operations duties of the factory
2. Maintaining productivity and efficiency of the units
3. Ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day tasks
4. Assigning staff and ensuring end-to-end deliveries
5. Working on overall assistance to the operations manager
6. Observing and analyzing the factory's daily production and suggesting means to further optimize
7. Working on the quality assurance of products to maintain required specifications and ensure all FSSAI guidelines are met
8. Analyzing the usage of raw materials and understanding concepts of productivity
9. Assisting in the overall management of a food manufacturing unit
