Key Responsibilities:
1. Food Preparation:
-
Help with preparing ingredients like chopping vegetables, grilling, frying, or assembling food items (depending on menu).

Follow hygiene and safety standards while handling food.

Assist the cook/chef during busy hours to speed up service.
2. Customer Service:
-
Greet customers politely and take their orders accurately.
-
Answer questions about the menu and suggest items if needed.

Serve food and drinks in a clean and professional manner.
3. Order Handling & Payment:
-
Operate the billing system or cash register (POS system).
-
Collect cash or digital payments (UPI, cards, etc.) and issue receipts.

Ensure correct orders are given to the right customers.
4. Cleanliness & Maintenance:
-
Keep the food truck clean, including cooking surfaces, counters, and equipment.

Wash utensils, clean floors, and manage garbage disposal daily.

Follow all health and safety regulations strictly.
5. Restocking & Supplies:
-
Check stock levels of ingredients, packaging items, and cleaning supplies.
-
Help with loading/unloading supplies at the start/end of the day.
-
Inform the owner/manager about low-stock or damaged items.
