Job Description

Visit customers and potential customers in the assigned area.
Generate leads through field visits, references, and local market activities.
Acquire new customers for Savings Account, Current Account, CASA and other banking products.
Explain product features, benefits, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
Complete customer KYC and collect required documents.
Follow up with leads until account opening/onboarding is completed.
Maintain good relationships with customers and provide basic service support.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
Coordinate with the branch team for account opening and other customer requirements.
Maintain daily activity, lead, and sales reports.
Ensure all customer acquisition activities follow bank policies and compliance requirements.
