Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates for the Digital Banking Executive role at Indian Bank. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with digital banking services, promoting digital transactions, explaining banking products, and helping customers use mobile banking, internet banking, UPI, and other digital payment services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with digital banking services and transactions.

• Educate customers on mobile banking, internet banking, UPI, and digital payment facilities.

• Promote digital banking products and services to existing and new customers.

• Help customers register for and activate digital banking services.

• Guide customers in using banking applications and online transaction facilities.

• Resolve basic customer queries related to digital banking services.

• Support customers with digital payment-related issues and escalate complaints when necessary.

• Generate leads and promote banking products, including savings accounts, debit cards, and other eligible services.

• Maintain customer records and submit daily activity reports.

• Ensure customer satisfaction while following banking policies and security procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Any Degree (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA, etc.), subject to the client's eligibility criteria.

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can be considered, depending on the requirement.

• Skills: Good communication, customer handling, and basic computer knowledge.

• Languages: Tamil and basic English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Other Requirements: Interest in banking services, digital payments, and customer support.
