Position: Founder Principal - Only Female Candidates
Academic session: Begins April 2026
Employment type: Full-time leadership role

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in any discipline (B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred)
- 10–15 years of experience in education, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a CBSE-affiliated senior secondary school
- Deep understanding of CBSE curriculum, compliance, audits, and documentation
- Proven record of leading school start-up, transformation, or major development initiatives is desirable
Key responsibilities:
- Strategic leadership and vision
- Define and implement the school’s mission, vision, values, and long-term strategies
- Establish governance structures, policies, and procedures aligned with best practices and CBSE requirements
- Infrastructure and learning environment
- Oversee planning and execution of physical and digital infrastructure (classrooms, laboratories, libraries, IT networks, safety systems)
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and student-centered environment
- Curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment
- Design and implement CBSE-aligned curricula for each grade level, including senior secondary streams
- Develop assessment policies, continuous assessment practices, and examination planning aligned with CBSE norms
- Coordinate annual curriculum mapping, standardization, and quality assurance
- CBSE affiliation and compliance
- Lead the CBSE affiliation process, including due diligence, documentation, timelines, audits, and ongoing compliance
- Maintain meticulous records and prepare documents for audits, inspections, and renewal processes
- Staffing and professional development
- Lead recruitment of teaching and non-teaching staff
- Establish performance management, appraisal cycles, induction programs, and ongoing professional development
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance
- School culture and stakeholder engagement
- Build and nurture an inclusive, ethical, and student-centric school culture
- Develop systems for admissions, student welfare, discipline, and parent communication
- Promote transparency, accountability, and effective leadership communication with all stakeholders
- Operations, governance, and finance
- Oversee administrative operations, HR, finance, facilities, transportation, and safety management
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, data protection, and CBSE circulars
- Data-driven leadership and accountability
- Establish KPIs, monitor progress, and implement data-informed decision making
- Prepare periodic reports for the Board and stakeholders
- Startup and change management
- Provide strong leadership during the startup phase, drive change initiatives, and ensure timely execution of milestones
