Job Description

We’re looking for a smart, proactive fresher to support the founder and the team. You’ll help manage people, their tasks, and simple processes, handhold team members, and ensure work gets done smoothly and on time. You’ll also get exposure to how a growing FMCG D2C brand runs day-to-day.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the founder in daily tasks and operations

  • Manage and motivate team members to get work done

  • Help set processes and ensure smooth execution

  • Weekly 2-day visit to our Mysore factory (expenses covered)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Good at English & Kannada & communication skills

  • Friendly and people-oriented, able to motivate others

  • Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn

  • Comfortable being firm when needed
