FRANCHISE ASSOCIATE
Job Description
A Franchise Associate supports the franchise system by performing a range of tasks, from lead generation and prospect education to providing ongoing support for existing franchisees and assisting with sales and operational compliance. The role can vary, but typically involves building relationships, analyzing market data, and ensuring both new and existing franchisees succeed within the established brand framework.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Prospecting:
Identify and qualify potential franchisees (leads).
Educate prospects on franchise opportunities and the acquisition process.
Support the franchise sales team by conducting research and providing administrative assistance.
Franchisee Support & Relationship Management:
Act as a liaison between franchisees and the corporate team.
Provide ongoing support and resources to help franchisees manage their businesses.
Monitor franchisee performance and help identify areas for improvement.
Operational & Strategic Support:
Assist with site evaluation and market research for new locations.
Ensure compliance with franchisor policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives.
