Job Description
With a vision of expanding our reach, we are looking for dynamic individuals to join our Franchise Business Development team and help us drive growth and market presence.
- Evaluating the assigned To-let shops as per Medplus requirements
- Discussing & Negotiating the Lease agreement Terms & Conditions with Landlords & Signing the Lease agreements
- Monitoring the Property hunters on their regular duties for increasing property inflow
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
- MS Office.
- Any graduates ,Male candidates, With 2 years of experience
- Salary: 2.6 LPA (Negotiable)
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Franchise Sales & Expansion

Identify and approach potential franchisees and investors.

Develop and execute strategies for franchise sales & business expansion.

Conduct presentations and meetings with potential partners.

Explain franchise benefits, investment requirements, and operational expectations.
2️⃣ Franchise Onboarding & Agreement Execution

Guide franchisees through the application, documentation, and agreement process.

Ensure franchise partners understand the business model, revenue structure, and ROI expectations.

Work closely with the legal and finance team for contract finalization.
3️⃣ Market Research & Business Strategy

Conduct market research to identify franchise opportunities in different locations.

Analyze competitor franchise models and suggest improvements.

Assist in pricing strategies and business model optimization.
4️⃣ Franchise Training & Support

Coordinate with the operations team to provide franchisee training.

Ensure franchise partners are aligned with company policies, SOPs, and marketing guidelines.

Provide ongoing support and performance tracking for franchisees.
5️⃣ Relationship Management & Compliance

Maintain strong relationships with existing and new franchise partners.

Ensure franchisees adhere to brand guidelines, operational standards, and compliance.

Address franchise partner concerns and provide solutions.
