Required to abide by all applicable regulatory and department practices and procedures

Computer Skills

Familiarity with multiple browsers, multiple tabs, window navigation and instant messenger tools
Fluency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office tools

Work Schedule: Candidates must be willing to work night shifts.

Task List:

Complete beginning Workflow in reviewing cases where a Security Fraud Report was taken
Extensive Reasonable Investigation (Review Documents, Contact/Deals with Customers/Merchants)
Make a decision on liability according to procedure, Make outgoing calls with Customers to challenge
Works on all account types

Qualification:

Should have worked in fraud recovery for at least 1 year.
Must be willing to work in an environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction.
Proficiency with basic computer functions including mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications, conducting searches on the Internet, and maneuvering in a Windows-based environment strongly preferred.
Should be willing to work in night shifts.
Willing to cancel projected leaves while on training.
Latest my development rating should be on track on all the priorities.
No Pending HR cases.
Not in any performance improvement plan (PIP) at the time of application and prior movement to the role.
