- Required to abide by all applicable regulatory and department practices and procedures
Computer Skills
- Familiarity with multiple browsers, multiple tabs, window navigation and instant messenger tools
- Fluency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office tools
Work Schedule: Candidates must be willing to work night shifts.
Task List:
- Complete beginning Workflow in reviewing cases where a Security Fraud Report was taken
- Extensive Reasonable Investigation (Review Documents, Contact/Deals with Customers/Merchants)
- Make a decision on liability according to procedure, Make outgoing calls with Customers to challenge
- Works on all account types
Qualification:
- Should have worked in fraud recovery for at least 1 year.
- Must be willing to work in an environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction.
- Proficiency with basic computer functions including mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications, conducting searches on the Internet, and maneuvering in a Windows-based environment strongly preferred.
- Should be willing to work in night shifts.
- Willing to cancel projected leaves while on training.
- Latest my development rating should be on track on all the priorities.
- No Pending HR cases.
- Not in any performance improvement plan (PIP) at the time of application and prior movement to the role.
