We are looking for self-motivated, Proactive, qualified and experienced people for a North American Based Logistics Company
- Freight brokers are responsible for matching authorized and reliable transportation carriers to the shippers attracting new prospects and developing a sales pipeline.
- Acquire new business through prospecting, cold calling, etc.
- Coordinating all of the shipping and Receiving needs of the Customers.
- Generate Sales Leads.
- Contract with freight shipping carriers and negotiate the best rates and services for our customers.
- Identify, screen, and select reputable and safe carriers for freight services.
- Maintain thorough records of all freight delivery activities and oversee the legal part of the transportation.
- Prepares important and all necessary paperwork.
- Plan and coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules.
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns and queries professionally.
- Exemplary communication skills
- Aptitude in Microsoft, Excel and emails
- A candidate who can join immediately will be preferred
- Any prior work experience in the international voice process will be added advantage.
- Any experience or knowledge of the Freight/Logistics process will be a plus.
- Employment Type: Full-time
- No.of Positions: 60
Salary: depends on skills and experience
Excellent Incentives
Full time 5 days working fixed (Mon-Fri)
