Job Description
Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Fresh Recruiter who is eager to learn, explore, and grow in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. This role offers hands-on experience in handling end-to-end recruitment for various industries and job roles.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about HR, have good communication skills, and be willing to work hard to learn the recruitment lifecycle. Candidates with 3 to 4 months of internship experience in recruitment will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1. Understanding Hiring Requirements

Work closely with hiring managers and senior recruiters to understand job descriptions and candidate expectations.

Learn about company structures, client needs, and industry-specific hiring processes.

Gain exposure to various domains such as IT, Non-IT, BPO, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Manufacturing.
2. Sourcing and Talent Acquisition

Source candidates through multiple channels like job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.

Post job openings on various platforms to attract relevant candidates.

Learn how to create effective job postings and Boolean search techniques to reach potential candidates.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
3. Screening and Shortlisting

Conduct initial screening of resumes based on job requirements.

Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, work experience, and skill sets.

Schedule telephonic, video, or face-to-face interviews as required.

Learn to assess candidates’ suitability for different roles and client expectations.
4. Candidate Engagement and Validation

Communicate with candidates regarding job roles, responsibilities, salary structures, and company policies.

Understand candidates’ career goals and validate their willingness to relocate or switch roles.

Maintain transparent and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Ensure candidates are well-informed and prepared for interviews.
5. Coordination with Clients and Hiring Managers
-
Assist senior recruiters in managing relationships with clients and hiring teams.

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
-
Provide timely feedback to candidates after each interview round.

Help prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation when candidates are selected.
6. Maintaining Recruitment Data

Keep track of candidate databases and update records regularly.

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports of recruitment activities.

Learn how to manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.

Assist in maintaining compliance with data privacy and company policies.

Ability to interact confidently with candidates, clients, and hiring managers.

2. Sourcing and Networking

Basic knowledge of job portals like Naukri, Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, Shine, etc.

Interest in exploring social media platforms for talent acquisition.

Willingness to learn how to build professional networks and maintain relationships.
3. Organizational and Time Management Skills

Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.

Strong time management to ensure timely sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
4. Adaptability and Learning Attitude

Passion for learning about recruitment trends, tools, and industry practices.

Willingness to take feedback and improve performance continuously.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
5. Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) will be an added advantage.
