Job Description
Position Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecallers / Appointment Setters, preferably freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience, who can effectively communicate over the phone and schedule appointments or generate qualified leads.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable making outbound calls, following up with leads, and speaking politely and professionally with customers or prospects. No prior experience is mandatory — basic communication skills and a willingness to learn are more important.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling:

Make outbound calls to potential customers or leads provided by the company.

Introduce the company’s products or services and explain their features clearly.

Engage prospects in a meaningful conversation to build interest.
2. Appointment Scheduling:

Schedule appointments for the sales or field team with interested leads.

Confirm date, time, and location of the appointment and share details with both parties.

Maintain and update appointment records in the CRM or call log sheets.
3. Follow-ups:
-
Call back leads who asked to be contacted later.

Send appointment reminders or confirmations via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (as per company policy).

Maintain consistent communication to keep leads warm and interested.
4. Customer Data Management:

Accurately record customer information, feedback, and call outcomes.

Update CRM tools or spreadsheets with lead status, remarks, and follow-up dates.

Ensure confidentiality of customer data.
5. Basic Product Knowledge:

Gain a good understanding of the company’s products or services.

Answer common customer questions confidently or escalate to a senior if needed.

Handle basic objections and encourage customers to explore further.
6. Target Achievement:

Work towards achieving daily/weekly call targets and appointments set goals.

Share performance reports or updates with the supervisor.

Receive guidance and training to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Communication Skills:

Clear and confident verbal communication in Hindi, English, or any regional language (as per job location).

Polite tone and ability to hold professional conversations over the phone.
Basic Computer Knowledge:

Ability to use smartphones, basic computer applications like Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems.

Comfortable typing notes or remarks during/after calls.
Soft Skills:

Good listening skills and patience when dealing with different types of customers.

Willingness to learn, adapt, and take feedback positively.

Basic understanding of customer service and courtesy.
Sales Aptitude (Preferred but not mandatory):

Basic understanding of how sales or lead generation works.
