Job Description
We are hiring for freshers.
Sales Process Knowledge: Knowledge of the full sales cycle, from lead generation, cold calling to closing deals.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client engagement and presentations.
Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to confidently present solutions and negotiate with clients to close deals.
CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Self-Motivation: A proactive approach to meeting sales targets and delivering results.
Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of IT solutions, SaaS, or cloud services.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation

Identify and research potential clients through various sources like social media, online directories, and networking.

Contact prospects via calls, emails, or visits to introduce company products/services.

Maintain a database of leads and update progress regularly.
2. Sales Support and Follow-up

Follow up with interested leads and schedule meetings or product demos.

Assist senior sales executives in preparing presentations, proposals, and quotations.

Track client feedback and work on improving service quality.
3. Market Research

Gather and analyze information about market trends, competitor products, and customer needs.

Share insights with the team to help improve sales strategies.
4. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing clients.

Address basic client queries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
