Key Responsibilities
1. Patient Consultation & Diagnosis

Greet and communicate with patients in a professional, compassionate manner.

2. Basic Dental Procedures

Assist senior dentists in procedures such as fillings, root canals, extractions, crowns, and orthodontic work.

Administer local anesthesia as required under supervision.

Provide post-treatment care instructions to patients.
3. Patient Education

Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, brushing techniques, flossing, and diet.

Explain treatment options, costs, and timelines clearly and transparently.

Encourage preventive care and regular check-ups for long-term dental health.
4. Clinical Assistance & Maintenance

Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of dental instruments and equipment following clinical standards.

Ensure that treatment areas are well-prepared for each patient session.

Assist in managing inventory of dental supplies and materials.

Follow all infection control, safety, and clinic hygiene protocols.
5. Documentation & Record Keeping

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment notes.

Input data into the clinic management system or software.

Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
6. Professional Development

Attend training sessions, workshops, or seminars recommended by the clinic.

Stay updated with the latest trends, treatments, and best practices in dentistry.
